Our system does not support payments via PIX at this time.

For this reason, any payment received on this platform will be released only 48 hours after payment. We are developing this tool and we hope that this year we will be able to make it available, so we request the use of our BOLETOS system, in order to streamline and keep your payments on the list for unblocking within a maximum of 24 hours.

Another important notice, we will soon stop accepting payments via bank transfer or deposit, so please make use of our BOLETO platform for greater familiarity with it.

Dear Valued Customer,

In view of the congestion situation at Xingang Terminal, caused by the new inspection procedure, Xingang port is facing lack of available reefer plugs. As a reflection, COSCO Shipping Lines decided to implement a Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) for all reefer cargoes from the South America and Central America ports to Xingang, China as from November 25th 2020, until further notice.

We would like to encourage you to hold news shipments to Xingang until the situation improves and for those cargoes already in transit, we incentive the possibility of COD.

At the same time, we kindly remind you that please arrange to pick up the cargo ASAP once it becomes available. This will help to relieve the pressure of reefers plug supply at the terminal.
